As usual, no CitiBikes at the West 54th St. and 9th Ave. station.

West 54th St and 9th Ave. CitiBike Station Has Become a Motor Vehicle Parking Lot

Due to the perpetual lack of CitiBikes at the West 54th and 9th Station, and missing white barriers, drivers have commandeered the space to park their motor vehicles.  If CitiBike members can't get any use out of this station, drivers may as well, right?
